Terms of Service

These terms cover thewingscout.com, the WingScout app, and Scout Fest ticketing (together, "The Wing Scout"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account and keeping your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate other people or businesses.
• We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms (review moderation warnings are part of that — repeated violations can mean a ban).

Your content

• Reviews, ratings, photos, and spot submissions you post are public and yours. By posting, you give The Wing Scout a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them as part of the service (that's what a public review map is).
• Post honestly — real visits, real opinions. No spam, no paid or fake reviews, no harassment, nothing unlawful.
• You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.

Scout Fest tickets

• Tickets are sold on the terms shown at purchase on the Scout Fest page — prices, tiers, and event details live there.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Tickets are for personal attendance; don't resell them at scalped prices or forge passes.
• Event details (venue, time) may be finalized or adjusted before the date — the Scout Fest page is the source of truth, and ticket holders will be notified of material changes.

The reviews are opinions

Scores, sauce ratings, and reviews — ours and other users' — are opinions, not guarantees about any restaurant. Spot info (hours, menus, prices) can drift; check with the restaurant before you drive an hour for wings.

What we're not liable for

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, The Wing Scout isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service, relying on a review, or attending an event. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

We can update these terms; material changes get a new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
